resolvePlayServices

Shows the Google Play Services resolution dialog (e.g. prompting the user to install or update Play Services) when isSupported reported a user-resolvable TswSupportStatus.Unavailable. No-op if Play Services is already available or the problem is not user-resolvable.

Call this from the action a user taps after seeing the "unavailable" state.
